Part 1: Installing the Lumbar Support Pillow

1. Position the Pillow — Place the lumbar support pillow against your car seat back, centered at your lower back (roughly waist height).
2. Thread the Straps — Locate the elastic or adjustable straps on the back of the pillow. Wrap them around the sides of your car seat.
3. Secure the Straps — Fasten the straps behind the seat or clip them together, whichever your variant supports. Pull firmly so the pillow stays flush against the seat without sliding.
4. Adjust Height — Slide the pillow up or down until it sits comfortably in the curve of your lower back. Your back should feel naturally supported without being pushed too far forward.
5. Test & Sit — Sit in your normal driving position and adjust as needed. The pillow should fill the lumbar curve without causing tension.

Part 2: Installing the Headrest

1. Remove the Existing Headrest Cover (Optional) — If your car seat headrest is bare, you can place the headrest cushion directly over it.
2. Slide Over the Headrest — Stretch the opening of the headrest cushion and pull it over your existing car headrest from the top down.
3. Center It — Adjust the cushion so it is centered on the headrest and sits at the correct height for your head and neck.
4. Secure the Straps or Elastic Band — If your headrest has a rear strap or elastic closure, fasten it beneath the headrest post to prevent shifting.
5. Check Stability — Gently tug the cushion side to side to confirm it's secure before driving.

Tips for Best Comfort

• The memory foam will soften and conform to your body shape after the first few uses.
• Position the lumbar pillow so the thickest part aligns with your natural lumbar curve — not too high or too low.
• Compatible with most standard car, truck, and SUV seats.
• Suitable for all four seasons — the polyester cover breathes well and stays comfortable year-round.
• To clean, remove the cover (if removable) and hand wash with mild soap. Air dry completely before reinstalling.
